The specific content is as follows:
- Key elements of a tactical marketing plan
- Establishing activities, milestones, budget and contingency plans
- Project report writing
- Market segmentation and target marketing
- Product and service positioning and market image
- Operational strategies and tactics including pricing, distribution and customer communication
- Identification of product or service/market opportunities and threats
- Pricing strategies and sales budgeting
- Tactical plan for promotion including advertising, publicity and public relations, personal selling and sales promotion

The Master of Management degree is grounded in the principles of action research and action learning method. The Gibaran Graduate School of Business (GGSB) offers two Master of Management programmes:- Research Master of Management; and
- Professional Master of Management.
