PSM Programme Graduates
The Public Sector Management (PSM) Programme offered by the South Australian Government is a national management programme for aspiring and current middle-to-senior managers working in local, state or Commonwealth Government across Australia. Graduates are awarded a university-accredited, post-graduate qualification upon completion of the programme, equivalent to the Graduate Certificate in Management.
The Gibaran Learning Group has an established articulation agreement with the South Australian PSM programme for graduates to be granted credit towards Graduate Diploma or Masters programmes.
PSM graduates are eligible into the second stage of the Master of Management (MMgt) programme with Gibaran Graduate School of Business (GGSB) or the second stage of the Master of Business administration (MBA) programme with Australian Institute of Business Administration (AIBA). GGSB and AIBA are member institutions of the Gibaran Learning Group.
AIBA MBA Pathway
PSM graduates receive 4 subject exemptions and must complete 7 core subjects followed by the Final Project. The programme is available via distance learning or face to face at the Adelaide campus. One subject is undertaken over one month.
Fees
The upfront course fee is AUD$11,500 for face to face study and AUD$8,200 via distance learning.Click here for more information on the MBA programme.GGSB MMgt Pathway
PSM graduates receive exemption from the first stage of the MMgt programme. Participants must complete the following stages;
- Directed Reading
- Project Plan
- Work-based Project
The MMgt can be undertaken over 12months (full time) or part-time over 24 months.
