Three step process...

Step one...sit on your knees and grin adorably for daddy who is so excited to see you about ready to crawl...



Step two...rock back and forth (don't forget to scream alot because you are in absolute pain and misery from having to do this...)


Step three...concede defeat and fall dramatically to the floor to rest your weary body. Now where does she get these dramatic genes from?
